Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Event Memories Pro, an event-management service developed and operated by Filter Network Solutions. By creating an account, activating an event, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Event Memories Pro provides hosted event pages and tools for RSVPs, guestbook messages, guest photo and video uploads, QR codes, social RSVP graphics, galleries, slideshows, event-host dashboards, Google Drive storage integration, and related event features.

Pricing and Event Availability

The current standard price is $50 per event unless another price is stated at purchase or activation. Current features are included unless otherwise stated. An event is designed to remain active for three months after the event date. Changing the event date can also change its expiration date.

Host Accounts and Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate event information, controlling co-host access, obtaining any permissions necessary for their event, and using Event Memories Pro in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

Guest Content

Guests may submit RSVP information, guestbook messages, photos, videos, captions, and other event-related content. Anyone submitting content represents that they have the right to submit and share it. Hosts are responsible for deciding what content is made public and for using available moderation controls.

Google Drive

Hosts may connect their own Google Drive account for event media storage. Google Drive and Google APIs are third-party services governed by Google’s applicable terms and policies. Event Memories Pro is not responsible for losses caused by a host deleting files, changing permissions, losing account access, exceeding Google storage limits, or an outage or change to a Google service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Event Memories Pro to upload, distribute, promote, or facilitate unlawful content, malware, fraud, harassment, abuse, infringement, or other conduct that violates applicable law or another person’s rights. Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal obligations.

Media and Backup Responsibility

Event Memories Pro should not be used as the only permanent archive of important media or event information. Hosts are responsible for retaining copies of photos, videos, CSV/PDF exports, and other information they want to keep permanently.

Service Availability

We intend to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Event Memories Pro depends on third-party infrastructure including hosting, email services, Google APIs, browsers, devices, and internet connectivity.

Intellectual Property

Event Memories Pro software, branding, interface, documentation, and original service content are owned by Filter Network Solutions or its licensors. Users retain rights they otherwise hold in content they submit.

Privacy

Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Event Memories Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Event Memories Pro and Filter Network Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss arising from third-party services. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability relating to a paid event will not exceed the amount paid for that event, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. The current Terms will remain available at this URL.
